4pm - Greg Billings Band featuring members from the 80's band Stranger!

The Greg Billings Band is a continuation of a phenomenon that began when popular 80’s Florida band Romeo signed to Epic Records and released its first album after a name change to “Stranger”.  Stranger continued to win huge crowds around the southeast with an electrifying stage show and a roster of fun and hook-laden original songs.

Greg Billings and Tom King were original members of Stranger and were there through it all. Greg’s vocal range and ability were equally matched by his magnetic personality and his ability to make everyone in the audience feel like a friend.   Always impeccably dressed, Tom King thumped a solid and thunderous foundation of bass guitar and grooved cohesively with guitarist Ronnie Garvin and drummer John Price, augmented for 10 years by keyboardist Randy Holt who brought additional vocals, blues harp, and strong songwriting chops.  Ronnie and John have sadly since passed away, leaving Greg and Tom as the remaining original members of the band.

1pm - Tasting Theater Seminar: Jameson  In 1780, John Jameson established a way of making Irish whiskey that we’ve been proudly sticking to ever since. As you can imagine, producing a blended Irish whiskey that has been enjoyed for over two centuries, takes a lot. But don’t worry, we’ve distilled over 200 years of courage, craft and a collective appreciation for taste, into one short account. So here’s the secret behind our signature smoothness – our process and our people.
2pm - Tasting Theater Seminar: Inoculum Ale Works - An introduction to sour beers and mixed fermentation.
3pm - Tasting Theater Seminar: Old Forester Whiskey from Brown-Forman Today we will be trying the newest expressions from one of the oldest bourbon distilleries in the country. Old Forester was the first bourbon to be put in a bottle and has held the reputation of the “Bartenders Bourbon” for many years. Old Forester is the only whiskey to be continually produced before, during and after prohibition due to their reputation of producing the most quality product. During this seminar we will delve into the unique history that makes Old Forester such a special brand and sample their most recent additions to the portfolio including the Whiskey Row Series and the Statesman.
