Join us at the festival for a great day of beer sippin', bourbon tastin', music listenin', cigar smokin', and barbeque eatin'. Your admission buys you a sampling glass so you can enjoy an ALL-YOU-CARE –TO-TASTE sampling of beer and bourbon. Some of the best barbeque vendors are on-site if you get hungry all while enjoying seminars in the tasting theater and LIVE music all day.

MORE SPACE!!!! In order to reduce the crowding we've opened up the other half of the Cow Palace and we've added pouring locations. Ok, we're being nice - We've DOUBLED OUR SPACE. We want to make sure you maximize your tasting pleasure!
Faster Wristbanding and WILL CALL. We've DOUBLED our capacity and we'll be starting the process earlier so you don't waste your time outside the show. For those of you who join us early....we'll have some refreshments and entertainment for you - and a couple of surprises.
Unlimited Beer and Bourbon Tastings as you stroll from table to table and tent to tent. There are 40 Bourbons and 60 Beers on Tap. Enjoy, but please drink responsibly.
BBQ Galore! Enjoy the great barbeque selection – pulled pork from whole hogs, ribs, brisket, chickens, sausages and any fixin’ you could imagine. We’ll keep the portions heavy and the prices low.
Enjoy Seminars in the Tasting Theater with Master Distillers, Brewmasters, and Pit Masters From the Deep South.
Listen To Live Rock & Blues Music and great Bluegrass on The Main Stage.
Enjoy the Great Contests on the Main Stage: BBQ Bean Eating Contest and the BBQ Babe Contest.
Browse Cool Exhibits of Brewerania, Hot sauces, bbq accessories, and even a cigar tent for all guests.

VIP FRIDAY NIGHT WHOLE HOG SESSION:
Friday 5:30pm – 9:30pm
In addition to the all of the features above, the Friday Night VIP Session offers an exclusive tasting experience. Limited to 1500 guests ONLY, each guest will enjoy a BARBECUE DINNER with Pulled Pork and the fixins, and ALL YOU CARE TO TASTE BOURBON AND BEER. Other fun things will be available like taking the BBQ Sauce Challenge, The Rare Bourbon Tasting Table and other surprises. There will be four different Pitmasters on-site to show off all their latest tricks and let you taste the BEST. Squeal like a pig!!!!!!!
THE GRAND POOBAH 2 –DAY ALL ACCESS TICKET:
Friday 5:30pm – 9:30pm & Saturday Noon – 6pm
These limited tickets will allow guests to partake in both sessions. In addition to both sessions (if you can truly handle hours and hours of pure liver and artery distruction) these guests will partake enjoy a free t-shirt and hat with admission and EXPRESS ENTRY into the event. We wish we could do this for everyone but participation is very limited.
VIP SATURDAY SESSION:
Saturday Noon – 6pm
In addition to the all of the features above, the Saturday VIP Session offers two extra hours of sampling with a reduce amount of guests. Other fun things will be available like taking the BBQ Sauce Challenge, The Rare Bourbon Tasting Table, Special Seminars in the Tasting Theater and other surprises.
REGULAR SATURDAY SESSION:
Saturday 2pm – 6pm
Enjoy a fun day of Beer, Bourbon and BBQ. Your admission includes over 40 bourbons and 60 beers for your tasting pleasure. The Tasting Theater and Main Stage offer great entertainment . Get Hog Wild!
