Here's How The Event Works!
Each attendee receives a souvenir glass at the entrance which allows the opportunity to savor 3oz samples of beer and sip 1/2oz pours of bourbon. They may also purchase 2oz portions of BBQ that each food vendor highlights on their menu for $1. The event is structured as All-You-Care-To-Sample. We also have a handful of relevant artist, crafters and related memorabilia for the attendee to shop.
An Opportunity For You!
We have the availability for over 60 Brews, up to 40 Bourbons, 5 BBQ concessions and over 25 vendors to exhibit. Each brewery booth is a 10x10’ space with an 8’ table and may choose two brews to sample. There are numerous Bourbon Bars where bourbon brands will be available for tasting. We provide the staff to pour, booth set-up and purchase the product. Inventory will be purchased by our sponsor retailer, Calvert Wine & Spirits.
